HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Challenge Your Peers session is the place for you to discuss and brainstorm your most pressing challenge with your peers and find actionable ideas to solve it.

Prior to the event, pick your biggest challenge as a topic for the roundtable and select 5 key questions that will help solving it (and that you want answered).

People join your session by choice, based on their interest, experience and current focus. There is no prior assignment.

At the event, brainstorm your challenge within a small group (up to 15 people) of your peers for 40-60 minutes.

Visualize the challenge on a mind map with the help of pens, stickers, markets and a flipchart. We will set everything up for you.

All materials and outcomes will be photographed and published on our event platform hubs:101.

HOW CAN YOU PREPARE?

Your role is to guide the discussion and encourage others to talk and share their experiences and ideas.

We recommend to do a short round of introductions in the beginning and move to the topic discussion.

We recommend to ask open questions.

We recommend to document the ideas on the mind map to visualize the conversation.

Sometimes, participants need extra encouragement!

A great moderator is a great listener!

We got you – we will give you a short briefing in the first coffee break of the first event day.
