Sahil Potnis currently works as the Director of AV Performance at Motional. He is a dynamic professional with over 8 years of experience in E2E Systems Engineering, Functional Safety, and Testing of Autonomous Vehicles. He brings a cross-functional approach to problem-solving, combining Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, and Product Management to tackle next-gen challenges. His expertise extends to Software Quality Assurance/Control, Requirements Development, Business Intelligence, Operational Compliance, and Internal Tools Management. Sahil holds a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University Graduate School in Electrical and Computer Engineering and has worked with notable companies such as Aurora and Uber.
