This presentation focuses on integrating passive, active, virtual, and physical worlds in automotive AI and ADAS to achieve zero crashes through active safety testing. By combining AI-driven technologies with real-world and simulated scenarios, vehicles undergo integral comprehensive testing to enhance response and intervention capabilities during critical situations. Rigorous testing frameworks simulate diverse driving scenarios, enabling proactive crash avoidance measures. The integration of ADAS-specific passive safety features with active safety technologies, such as collision detection and automated braking, mitigates risks and significantly reduces accidents, injuries, and fatalities. Leveraging both passive and active safety systems creates a robust approach to vehicle safety, as AI-driven technologies enable real-time hazard detection and response, preventing accidents and minimizing collision severity. This research contributes to the goal of achieving safer and more reliable autonomous driving systems, emphasizing the importance of integrating different worlds and testing methodologies to reduce crashes and enhance safety.
